Purchase Terms and Refunds
Last updated: October 8, 2026
What you buy
We sell software licenses. What each edition of a product includes, how many computers a license covers, and whether updates are included is stated on the product's page and in its license agreement (EULA) before you buy. Prices are shown on the product pages, and the final price, including taxes, is shown at checkout.
Try before you buy
Where a product offers a free demo or trial, we recommend trying it first, so you can check that it works with your equipment and suits your needs. See the product page for how it works.
Payment and delivery
Orders are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which charges your payment method, collects the applicable taxes and sends your receipt. After payment is confirmed, your license key is linked to your Omepheus account (or sent to the purchase email so you can claim it) and the software is downloaded from this Site. Delivery is digital and normally immediate.
Refunds
If a product does not work for you, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are handled by Paddle: use the link in your Paddle receipt, or contact us and we will request it for you. When a purchase is refunded, the license is revoked and can no longer be used. Refunds are paid to the original payment method, and the time they take depends on your bank or payment provider.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, this does not affect your statutory rights, including the legal right of withdrawal for distance purchases and your rights if a digital product is faulty.
Problems with a license
If your license does not activate, you lost your key, or a purchase does not appear in your account, contact us through the contact form, the support page, or email support@omepheus.com, and we will help.
